Avik Sanyal is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration at JIS College of Engineering, Kalyani, West Bengal. He holds an MBA in Marketing Management (2009), a PGDHRM from SMU, and an MSW from Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences. Since 2009, he has taught Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, and Entrepreneurship to graduate and postgraduate students. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. from JIS University, Mr. Sanyal is passionate about teaching and committed to fostering his students’ academic and professional growth. With a prolific publication record in national and international peer-reviewed journals, he actively participates in various conferences and seminars. Throughout his 15-year career, he has consistently created a dynamic learning environment that encourages creativity and critical thinking, making a lasting positive impact on his students and the broader community.
