Her academic journey began at Lucknow University, with an M.Sc. in Geology followed by a Ph.D. in Micropalaeontology. She worked as a Research Scientist and Research Associate on projects associated with the Department of Science and Technology and the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research. Her research papers have appeared in national and international journals, and she has delivered lectures in university settings.
The Spiritual Path
Alongside this career, she built a deep personal practice: over twenty-one years of intensive meditation and twenty-six years of experience in alternative therapy. She is a Paramhans Guru, Reiki Grand Master, and founder of Abhigyaan Yog, and has worked with yoga, pranayam, Reiki, colour therapy, gem therapy, water therapy, and Vaastu.
