Why Puja A Pandey Wrote Own Your Ambition

For years, Puja A Pandey filled out forms for a government teaching job that never came.

Three attempts. Each one ending just short for some reason or another. A wrong name on a form. A wrong school filled by mistake. Once, her parents passed away and the formalities simply could not be completed in time. Every time, she told herself the next attempt would work. But somewhere underneath all of that trying, a quieter truth was waiting to be heard.

She had a B.Sc., an M.Sc. and a B.Ed. On paper, everything looked correct. In reality, none of it felt like hers.

The Question She Could Not Put Down

Despite the degrees, despite doing everything the way she was supposed to, Puja often found herself standing in the middle of her life feeling deeply unfulfilled. She carried a persistent question inside her. Is this really it?

That question became the turning point of her life.

She began the honest work of understanding herself, training in tarot reading, face reading, handwriting and signature analysis, counselling and healing. She completed her MA in Psychology alongside all of it, and practised every tool on herself first, until the shift inside her became visible outside. Only then did she step out to serve others, carrying her lived experience as her greatest credibility.

What People Said While She Was Still Figuring It Out

In the book, Puja shares the remarks she heard from people close to her during those years, comments suggesting she was good for nothing, that she had no real quality, that she just sat idle and kept thinking. She recalls how even something as small as forgetting a friend’s anniversary once became proof in someone else’s eyes that she had too much free time and too little value.

Looking back today, she writes that she understands something she could not see then. The emptiness she was feeling had nothing to do with her capability. It had everything to do with the fact that she was chasing a dream that was never hers to begin with.

The Book She Wished She Had Read Then

Puja wrote Own Your Ambition for the version of herself who sat in that confusion for years, doing everything right on paper while feeling completely lost inside. She wrote it for anyone who has ever been told their idea was too much, too risky, too far from what people like them typically do.

The book brings together self-worth, clarity, emotional steadiness and practical structure, reflecting Puja’s own belief that inspiration alone was never enough. She needed both the honest inner work and the practical systems that could carry that work into an actual life.

The Message at the Heart of It All

Empowerment begins the moment a person decides to face themselves honestly and start moving forward, even before they feel fully strong. That is the philosophy Puja stands on today, now built into the pages of her book for readers to lean on the same way she once needed to.
