Dr V. Basil Hans taught economics and research methodology for 38 years from 1986. He also produced 6 MPhils and 3 PhDs. Currently he guides 3 PhD and 3 Post Doctoral scholars at Srinivas University, Mangalore, Karnataka. He has written about 180 books, 285 articles and 75 conference papers. He received best researcher and excellent research supervisor awards. He writes on topics of social sciences in general and economics in particular.
