Manu Dhaumya, founder of United Against Bullies in Reading, Berkshire, has dedicated over a decade to combating bullying and fostering safer, kinder communities.
Inspired by his children’s experiences, he works with schools, parents and local teams to build resilience through kindness, teamwork and awareness. His leadership has earned him accolades such as The Mayor’s Award, The High Sheriff’s Award, The Inspiration Award, multiple Pride of Reading nominations and a finalist for NRI of the Year Award as well.
