Some journeys begin with a question, while others begin with a quiet sense that life carries dimensions waiting to be understood.
The author’s journey has moved through both science and spirituality, gradually leading toward an understanding of the human being as a meeting point of body, mind, energy and consciousness. The author’s scientific foundation was built at Lucknow University, India , where an M.Sc. in Geology was followed by aPh.D. in Micropalaeontology . Research became an important part of the professional journey through work as a Research Scientist and Research Associate on projects associated with the Department of Science and Technology and the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research .
Academic writing, research papers published in national and international journals, a published book, and lectures across different university settings further strengthened an approach rooted in observation, inquiry and disciplined study. Alongside this academic path, spiritual practice became an equally significant part of life.
More than twenty-one years of intensive spiritual meditation and twenty-six years of experience in alternative therapy have shaped the understanding carried into the author’s work today.
