Gunjan Sahil Jain is an education professional, writer, and storyteller whose life and work have been shaped by a deep interest in people, relationships, communication, and the quiet emotional experiences that influence who we become. She currently serves as an Academic Director, a role that brings together her passion for education with leadership, mentoring, communication, and people management.
Her academic journey reflects the same blend of structure and creativity that appears in her writing. She holds an MBA in Human Resources from Narsee Monji Institute of Management, Mumbai, an M.A. in English Literature, and a BBA from St. Aloysius College, Jabalpur. These different areas of study have given her a close understanding of human behaviour, language, organisational life, and the emotional dynamics that shape relationships.
For Gunjan, writing begins with observation. She is drawn to the moments people often carry quietly: a conversation remembered years later, a choice that changes the direction of a life, a relationship that evolves through love, conflict, responsibility, and growth. Her writing explores these experiences with warmth and emotional honesty, allowing readers to recognise pieces of their own lives within another person’s story.
