Dr Gobinda Chandra Behera is a freelance artist based in Cuttack(Now Kendrapara), Odisha, India.
With more than a decade of experience in the creative field, he has worked across contemporary art, oil
painting,drawing,Sculpting,visualArts, photography, watercolour, teaching, and gallerybased artistic practice.
As an artist, Gobinda has spent years observing people, expressions, surroundings, emotions,
and the quiet patterns of everyday life. His creative journey has given him a sensitive eye towards human
behaviour and the way society shapes thought, belief, reaction, and conduct. Through art, he has learned to
