Born in Bandikui, District Dausa, Rajasthan, he belongs to a respected and value-oriented family. His father, Shri Bhagwan Sahay Ved, and mother, Smt. Prem Devi, have been his guiding pillars, nurturing in him the virtues of integrity, compassion, & perseverance from childhood. Mahesh’s educational journey began at Aaray Adarsh Vidhya Mandir School, Kuty, Bandikui, where his curiosity for language and literature first came alive. His academic excellence and disciplined approach continued through Government Senior Secondary School, Gangapur City, where he completed his higher secondary education. He later graduated from Late Rajesh Pilot Government P.G. College, Bandikui, a place that played a pivotal role in shaping his leadership qualities and intellectual identity.
